Molo Mhlaba Schools
Founded out of learnings from the Thope Foundation, Molo Mhlaba Schools are a network of community-based Pan-African low fee independent private schools for girls. They use a unique iSTEAM (innovation, science, technology, engineering, arts/design, and math) curriculum which empowers learners to explore new academic opportunities and take control of their education. Offering an extended school day, nutritious meals, small teacher-to-learner ratios, and leadership development at all phases of the girls’ education, Molo Mhlaba seeks to challenge the current status quo that exists within the traditional education structures. Molo Mhlaba Schools exist to give every girl, regardless of her background, the opportunity to choose her own path.
